Sensei Elhadji Ndour is a world-renowned karate champion, international competitor, and respected martial arts instructor recognized for his achievements at world, continental, and national championships. As a Team USA medalist and elite-level competitor, he represents excellence, discipline, leadership, and dedication both on and off the mat.
With years of experience in traditional karate and professional competition, Sensei Elhadji is passionate about helping students build confidence, discipline, focus, and a strong mindset through martial arts training.

For some it might have been difficult to pick a mentor, someone who has guided them, cared for them, and taught them, but you made it easy for me because you are the true meaning of a mentor. You have lived in different countries, traveled so much that you need a “super passport”, speak eight languages, been to college and have been through so much in life.
A mentor is someone who has experience and wants to share it. One of your biggest philosophies is, “the most important thing about knowledge is to share it with others”. You always give freely of yourself. You have taught me so much. First; Respect, a lesson learned at a karate tournament at the Elmore Center, when I didn’t greet you.
That lesson has already come into play as the Military is based on respect and proper greetings. Second; Confidence, You were always in the coach’s chair for me when I fought, but you knew when it was time for me to fight alone. This has taught me how to trust myself and my ability on and off the mat. Third; Experience, How many other kids can say their mentor slept next to them in an Italian airport after a day in Venice? I have traveled all over the USA and abroad, sometimes traveling alone. The value of those experiences are priceless.
Forth ; Trust and Humility , you have always had my back and stood your ground for me in everything, especially when there was a bad call and you knew I was right; like that time at the Fonseca tournament. You have taught me to stay humble and appreciate what I have. I have learned so much on how to handle people , situations and myself, mostly from your example. All of these lessons will help me as I pursue my goals to become an Officer in the United States Navy. You helped me become the person I am today, I am honored to have had you in my life.
