EGN Youth Sports & Development is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and adults through sports, martial arts, education, mentorship, and community programs that inspire growth, confidence, leadership, and positive change.
Our mission is to strengthen the mind, body, and character of individuals within our communities by providing meaningful training, guidance, and opportunities for personal development. Through martial arts and athletic training, we promote discipline, resilience, self-confidence, teamwork, and positive decision-making that help students succeed both on and off the mat.
A major part of our mission is supporting athletes and students as they pursue opportunities to compete in local, national, and international championship events. We work to help provide access to training, tournament participation, travel support, equipment, mentorship, and development opportunities that allow young athletes to reach their full potential.
We believe strong communities are built through unity, mentorship, and meaningful connections. Our programs bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping students develop respect, leadership skills, friendships, and a deeper sense of responsibility toward themselves and their communities.

Our goal is to strengthen the minds, bodies and hearts of the youth and adults in our communities through different activities and trainings. We are a firm believer that physical training leads to increased spiritual connection and strength through patience, which in turn leads to better decision- making from our children.
We aim to deepen relationships between children of diverse backgrounds to create community-minded and open–minded individuals who value friendships, and authentic relationships with themselves and the communities they exist in.
