-Athletes or parents must text or call the coach if they will be absent or late.
-All athletes must bring their complete kata and kumite uniforms as well as full protective gear
including the mouthpiece. Failure to bring these items may result in not being able to
participate in training for that day.
-Students are not allowed to be on their phones at any time during class.
– Any type of disrespectful behavior from athletes or parents may lead to temporary or
permanent expulsion.
-Registration for all tournaments and championships must be completed ONLY by an EGN
secretary.
-All athletes must wear their EGN patches on their uniform for kata and Kumite during ALL
competitions EXCEPT the US National Championships and World Championships.
-For the National Championships and US Open, athletes are not allowed to leave the venue
until every athlete has finished their match-unless there is an emergency. At the end of every
event, there will be a MANDATORY meeting led by the team leader.
