1. PROGRAM PURPOSE
The EGN Rising Champions Karate Program is designed to develop discipline, confidence, physical fitness, character, and competitive karate skills through structured training, education, and mentorship.

2. TERM OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall be effective from

3. TRAINING & PARTICIPATION
Participants agree to attend scheduled training sessions, practices, events, and evaluations.

4 private sessions/ month.
Consistent attendance, punctuality, respect, and effort are required. EGN reserves the right to modify training schedules, instructors, or locations as needed.

Fees are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of EGN. Late payments may result in suspension from training or events.

5. UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
Participants are responsible for purchasing required uniforms, belts, protective gear, and equipment. Approved EGN uniforms must be worn during training and competitions unless otherwise stated.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants and parents/guardians agree to: Show respect to instructors, officials, teammates, and opponents. Follow all EGN rules, safety guidelines, and dojo policies. Avoid any behavior that may harm the reputation of EGN. Understand that misconduct may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.

7. COMPETITIONS & EVENTS
Participation in tournaments, camps, or special events may involve additional fees. Selection for competitions is based on performance, discipline, attendance, and coach discretion. EGN does not guarantee medals, rankings, or team selection. Participant will also responsible to pay for the coach fee and travel to the tournaments.

8. MEDICAL & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The participant is physically fit and able to participate in karate training. Any medical conditions must be disclosed in writing prior to participation. In case of emergency, EGN is authorized to seek medical treatment if the parent/guardian cannot be reached.

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
Karate is a physical activity that involves inherent risks. By signing this Agreement, the participant and/or parent/guardian: Assumes all risks of injury associated with participation. Releases and holds harmless EGN, its instructors, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

10. MEDIA RELEASE
EGN is granted permission to use photos, videos, and recordings of the participant for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation, unless otherwise requested in writing.

11. TERMINATION
EGN reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for misconduct, non-payment, or violation of program rules. Participants may withdraw with written notice; however, fees remain non-refundable.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of

This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
